In-Kind Sponsorship & Donation Terms and Conditions

By donating clothing or raffle items to Runway of Strength: Fashion for a Cause and Faith Based Fitness Bus, Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Clothing Donations:
  All clothing donations are designated for distribution to the boys’ and girls’ group homes we partner with. Donated clothing will not be returned and becomes the property of Faith Based Fitness Bus, Inc. upon receipt.
• Raffle & Silent Auction Items:
  Any items donated for raffles or the silent auction are considered final, non-returnable contributions. Items not reclaimed by winners will still be used to support our mission and fundraising efforts.
• No Exchanges or Returns:
  All in-kind donations are provided voluntarily and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.
• Use of Donations:
  Faith Based Fitness Bus, Inc. reserves the right to distribute donated items in a manner that best supports our mission to provide affordable fitness and empower individuals impacted by abandonment, trafficking, and abuse.

By submitting a donation, you confirm that you have the authority to donate the items and agree to these terms in full.
